What is a USDZ file? 
USDZ is a 3D file format that displays as augmented reality-enabled content on a website. CartMagician adds this support for USDZ files to your WooCommerce store.

What is great about CartMagician is that all new Apple devices with iOS 12+ will be able to view your AR enabled products automatically using Safari or Chrome.

Why use USDZ?
USDZ can display vivid and detailed products as well as animations, making it a great choice for enhancing product pages.

Minimum Requirements

• WordPress 4.9.x
• Gutenberg plugin 4.6 or greater
• WooCommerce 3.3.1 or greater
• PHP version 5.2.4 or greater (PHP 7.2 or greater is recommended)
• MySQL version 5.0 or greater (MySQL 5.6 or greater is recommended)
• MIME-Type: (model/usd usdz and model/und.pixar.usd .usdz to identify them as AR viewable.

• WooCommerce 3.5.1 or greater
• PHP version 5.2.4 or greater (PHP 7.2 or greater is recommended)
• MySQL version 5.0 or greater (MySQL 5.6 or greater is recommended)
• MIME-Type: (model/usd usdz and model/und.pixar.usd .usdz to identify them as AR viewable)

WordPress installation
Installing CartMagician through the WordPress dashboard is the easiest option, as WordPress handles the file transfers and you don’t need to leave your web browser.

Log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu, and click “Add New.” In the search field type “CartMagician” and click “Search Plugins”. Once you’ve found this plugin you can view details like the point release, rating, and description. Most importantly you can install it by clicking “Install Now”.

Manual installation
The manual installation method involves downloading the plugin and uploading it to your server via your favorite FTP application. The WordPress codex contains instructions on how to do this here.

Sample data
CartMagician comes with some sample USDZ assets for you to test. Simply download our test files here (or copy the URL) then follow the instructions to add them to the CartMagician AR tab in your WooCommerce store.
